About me

My journey into health and wellbeing began long before I became a Pilates teacher, Breathwork Practitioner and Fascia Release Therapist.

In 1996, at just 21 years old, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Receiving that diagnosis changed the course of my life. Rather than following conventional medical treatment, I chose a different path and explored complementary approaches that felt right for me, including acupuncture, conscious Breathwork, nutritional changes and other natural therapies. Over time, I experienced a remarkable improvement in my own health and eventually went into remission. While everyone's journey is unique, this personal experience gave me an unwavering belief in the body's incredible capacity to adapt, restore and heal when we create the right conditions to support it.

It also taught me that true wellbeing isn't about treating one symptom in isolation. It's about looking at the whole person—how we move, how we breathe, how we manage stress, how we nourish ourselves and how we reconnect with our bodies.

For more than 30 years, I've continued to deepen my understanding of movement, breath and holistic health. My own journey inspired me to train professionally so that I could help others rediscover strength, release tension, calm the nervous system and reconnect with themselves in a gentle, supportive way.

Everything I offer through Feonix is built on this philosophy: working with the body rather than against it, listening to what it needs, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where people can explore their own path towards greater health and wellbeing. Whether you're joining me for Pilates, experiencing Breathwork, receiving Fascia Release Therapy or discovering my natural skincare collection, my intention is always the same—to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the powerful changes that can happen when we begin working in harmony with nature and with our own bodies.

Thank you for being here. It means so much that you've taken the time to learn about my story. If you have any questions or would like to find out more about how I can support you, I'd love to hear from you.

Much love,

Sarah xx
